Tru Gourmet was founded in August 2008 by mother and daughter team Cathy Tsui and Olivia Liu. Their weekly Dim Sum visits and trips to the local Farmers Market were long-standing family traditions that naturally inspired them to bring their two greatest passions together to build a family business.

Dim Sum translates to “touch the heart” and that meaning is at the core of everything they do. Their goal is to touch your heart with handcrafted Dim Sum, thoughtfully made from their hearts. Their menu celebrates classic dumplings alongside modern creations designed to broaden the way Dim Sum is experienced.

They are deeply committed to showcasing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients with most of their produce proudly sourced from the farmers markets they attend. By highlighting fresh, local ingredients, they honor both their community and the craft of Dim Sum.
